复方间苯二酚涂剂联合异维A酸胶丸治疗跖疣30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方间苯二酚涂剂联合异维A酸胶丸治疗跖疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的60例跖疣患者随机分成两组,各30例。治疗组予复方间苯二酚涂剂外搽联合异维A酸胶丸口服,对照组仅予CO2激光烧灼;在治疗第20和40d时各观察1次并记录。治疗组在治疗结束时检查肝功及血脂,两组还在治疗结束后3个月时观察复发率和疤痕形成情况。结果治疗组痊愈率为83.33%,对照组为78.18%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但是治疗组复发率(1.85%)明显低于对照组(21.81%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方间苯二酚涂剂外搽联合异维A酸胶丸口服治疗跖疣的疗效肯定,复发率低。Objective To observe the clinical effect and security of compound dioxybenzene combined with isotretinoin on plantar wart. Methods Sixty patients with plantar wart were randomly allocated to treatment with external compound dioxybenzene（twice a day） combined with oral isotretinoin lOmg（twice a day） or CO2 laser irra diation; the efficacy and security were evaluated after the twenty days and forty days before treatment. The treatment group were tested liver function and blood fat after treatment, the recurernce rate and scar situation of two groups were evaluated after three months after treatment. Results The cure rate was 83.33% for the treatment group and 78.18% for the control group, there was not significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ） ; but the recurernce rate was 1.85% for the treatment group and 21.81% for the control group, whereas the joint group difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compound dioxybenzene combined with isotretin- oin had definite curative effect and low recurernce rate in treating plantar wart.
