摘　　要：俄罗斯东正教长老制是静修主义和神秘主义信仰相结合的完整的宗教牧养体系,也是一种修行实践方式,它是俄罗斯东正教修行生活的基础,随着俄罗斯东正教会和修行生活的发展变化而变化。在当今社会,随着时代的发展,人们对于精神修行的概念已经淡化。但是,对于现代人来说,精神引导依然存在,只不过更多的不是长老在引导,而是上帝用疾病和痛苦来引导人的精神走向完善。俄罗斯东正教长老制虽然历尽沧桑,无论手段和形式如何变化,但最终实现现世拯救的目标没有变。The Russian Orthodox elders system is a complete religious feed system by the combination of retreat and mysticism. It is also a kind of spiritual practices. It is the base of the Russian Orthodox Church life. It developed nbsp;with the chage of Russian Orthodox Church and spiritual life. In today＇s society, with the development of the times, the concept of the spiritual practice has downplayed. However, for the modern people, there is still spirit guide. It is more than the elders lead, but the god used disease and pain to guide people＇s spirit to improve. Although Russian Orthodox elders system experienced the vicissitudes of life. No matter how means and forms changed, but in the end, its goal of temporal salvation does not change.
