三旧改造下生态地区城中村改造困境及对策

摘　　要：广州市三旧改造工作已进入相对成熟的阶段,但在处理生态地区城中村改造的问题上还存在许多弊端。在这个情况下,研究生态地区城中村更新改造显得十分必要。本文通过分析现有改造问题,提出在思路上应该考虑整体系统性;在方法上,应从生态系统、土地利用、合作模式等方面着手,综合解决难题。最后结合土华村更新改造规划案例进行探讨。Guangzhou san-jiu reconstruction entered a mature stage. But in the process of dealing with urban villages in ecological area, there are a lot difficulties. In order to find out the approach, this article provides comprehensive methods based on ecology, land, cooperation pattern, history, characteristics, industry and other aspects and takes Tuhua village renewal in ten thousand acres of orchard area as an example.
