摘　　要：根据奇瑞汽车海外新建涂装车间经验,总结了海外新建涂装车间前期规划的一般思路,及每步需要开展的工作。首先,与合作方对当地自然环境、市场及政策进行全面调查,然后,决定车间生产的车型、产能及车间技术水平,再进行涂装材料、工艺过程、设备匹配与选择,最终,在多方合作下完成涂装车间平面布置及相关技术说明。According to the experience of Chery automobile overseas painting workshop, the planning ideas and each work need to be done were summarized. Firstly, the local environment, market, and policy were investigated. Then, production motorcycle type, capacity, and technical level were decided, and painting materials, process engineering, and equipment were selected. Finally, the plane layout and related technology of painting workshop were accomplished.
