摘　　要：结合水性涂料在城轨车辆上的应用经验,系统地分析了水性涂料施工过程中表面处理、底漆干燥性、底漆层与腻子层附着力、面漆的调配和施工环境等因素的控制对涂装质量的影响,并提出适合于水性涂料的施工工艺和装备。Combined with the experience factors such as the surface treatment, of waterborne coating used on urban railway vehicles, the influence waterborne primer and putty, mixing of top coating quality were analyzed, as well as drying characteristic of waterborne primer, adhesion between coat during construction process and construction environment on the construction techniques and process equipments suitable for waterborne coating were proposed.
