摘　　要：小青龙汤加减治疗对于外感风寒,内有痰(水)饮的五官科疾病(如过敏性鼻炎、鼻后滴漏综合症、分泌性中耳炎、喉源性咳嗽等)诊疗中鉴于对患者症状、体征以及局部检查的综合分析,在辨证论治的基础上,以"解表散寒、温化痰饮"法为核心,根据具体情况参以辨证对治疗五官科疾病有显著疗效,值得临床推广使用。Xiaoqinglong Decoction is used to treat exogenous cold with phlegm in ENT diseases （such as allergic rhinitis, postnasal drip syndrome, secretory otitis media, laryngeal cough, etc. ） The comprehensive analysis of patients with symptoms, signs and local checks based on diagnosis and treatment focuses on dissipating cold and warming phlegm. Treatment of ENT diseases with Xiaoqinglong Decoction has a significant effect and is worthy of promotion.
