摘 要:生姜,为临床常用中药之一,其味辛,性温,归肺、脾、胃经,具有解表散寒,温中止呕,温肺化饮,解毒的功效。临床除可单用外,方剂配伍也较为广泛。通过与其他药物的巧妙配伍,生姜可发挥诸如调和营卫(阴阳)、调和脾胃、解表散寒宣肺、温中降逆止呕、宣散水气等多种作用。以高等医药院校《方剂学》教材中与生姜相关的方剂为例,将其在代表方剂中的配伍意义进行总结并阐述,应可有助于对该药功效的理解及临床运用。The raw ginger is a commonly used traditional chinese drug in clinical operation. It has a spicy taste and hot char- acteristic. Its channel tropism: lung, spleen, stomach. It has many effects of relieving rheumatism and cold, warming middle energizer to prevent vomiting, warming lung to reduce watery phlegm and detoxifing. In clinic, the ginger can be used singly or in combination with other drugs. Through the ingenious combination with other drugs, the ginger can give play to a variety of effects as regulating Yin and Yang, regulating spleen and stomach, relieving exterior syndrome and dissipating cold, open- ing the inhibited lung-energy, warming middle energizer to prevent vomiting and dissipating moisture. Based on the different prescriptions on ginger in the textbook of Pharmacology of Traditional Chinese Medical Formulae, the significance of the us- age of raw ginger are summed up and illustrated. That would be helpful to understand the effect and clinical application of raw ginger.
