摘 要:论述了柴油机排气微粒的危害性、控制此类微粒的重要意义及国内外研究现状,提出了采用高压脉冲直流电源的静电捕集装置来净化柴油机排气微粒的研究课题.经试验表明:此装置既能高效捕集柴油机尾气中的排气微粒,也对其HC、NOx有一定的净化作用.建立了微粒静电捕集效率计算的数学模型,得到了类似微粒静电捕集器捕集效率的半经验公式.The harm of the exhaust particles produced by diesel engine and the importance of exhaust particles control and the present situation of the research in domestic and abroad have been iscussed in this article. According to the specific property of the particles given off and the character of the xhaust particles, we put forward a new research theory about how to use the technology of electrostatic precipitator by high voltage to control the diesel engine, s exhaust. It is proved by the experiment, the collecting efficiency reaches 60%-90%,and the equipment also has an effect upon the numerical value of HC and NOx .And we have built a maths model that how to calculate the collecting efficiency for the electrostatic precipitator. We have gotten a semil-experience formula to calculate the collecting efficiecy in similar equipment by mapering the vegression of experimetal data.
