摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,俄罗斯政治文化经历了深刻的变迁,主要表现在四个方面:政治认知从封闭型向开放型转变,政治情感从情绪化向理性化转变,政治人格从依附型向自主型转变,政治意识从国家全能型向国家主导型转变。市场经济的推动、民主政体的确立、公民社会的发展与全球化的影响是俄罗斯政治文化变迁的重要动力。俄罗斯政治文化的变迁,实质上是一个不断培育与建构民主政治文化的过程,是一个长期而复杂的过程。Since the 1990s, Russia’ s political culture has undergone profound changes, mainly in four aspects：political cognizance from closed to open, political emotion from emotional to rational, political personality from dependent to independent, political consciousness from national versatile to state -led.The driven of market economy, the establishment of democratic regime, the development of civil society and the impact of globalization are important driving forces to promote the changes of Russia’ s political culture.
