摘  要:用自制的双十二烷基乙二胺与丁二酸酐进行酰胺化反应,制备了一种新型羧酸盐类双子阴离子表面活性剂C12H25N(COC2H4COOH)C2H4N(COC2H4COOH)C12H25,并采用正交实验的方法优化了其工艺条件。结果表明:较佳工艺条件是n(双十二烷基乙二胺)∶n(丁二酸酐)=1∶2.8;60℃下反应20 h,在此条件下产品的平均收率达91.5%。通过高效液相色谱、IR、1HNMR及元素分析对产品的结构进行了表征,并测定了该表面活性剂的表面活性。结果表明这种双子阴离子表面活性剂在水溶液中的临界胶束浓度为4.31×10-6mol/L,γcmc=28.74 mN/m。A novel anionic gemini surfactant with carboxylate groups 1,2-bis (N-[3-carboxypropanoyl-N-dodecaneamino) ethane was prepared by the amidation of the amino group of 1,2-bis(dodecaneamino) ethane with succinic anhydride. Optimal conditions for the preparation were obtained through orthogonal experiments. Experimental results showed that the optimal conditions for the product are as follows : n( 1,2 -his (dodecaneamino) ethane) : n (succinic anhydride) =1 : 2.8, reaction temperature of 60 ~C and reaction time of 20 h. Under the optimal reaction conditions, the average yield of the targeted product was 91.5%. The molecular structure of the targeted product was characterized by HPLC, IR, IHNMR and elemental analysis. The surface active property of this anionic gemini surfactant was measured. Results showed that in aqueous solution, the cmc was 4.31 × 10^4 mol/L and γcmc 28.74 mN/m as well.
