Three-component synthesis of imidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidines using silica sulfuric acid(SSA)

摘　　要：This letter describes a simple and efficient synthesis of 3-（cyclohexylamino）-7-hydroxy-2-arylimi- dazo[1,2-c]pyrimidin-5（6H）-one via a one-pot three-component reaction of cyclohexyl isocyanide, an aldehyde, and 4-amiopyrimidine-2,6-diol in the presence of a catalytic amount of SSA.This letter describes a simple and efficient synthesis of 3-（cyclohexylamino）-7-hydroxy-2-arylimi- dazo[1,2-c]pyrimidin-5（6H）-one via a one-pot three-component reaction of cyclohexyl isocyanide, an aldehyde, and 4-amiopyrimidine-2,6-diol in the presence of a catalytic amount of SSA.
