摘  要:A straightforward and efficient method for the synthesis of thiopyran derivatives via three-component reaction of alkyl propiolate, benzoylisothiocyanate or its derivatives and α-haloketones in the presence of triphenylphosphine under solvent-free conditions at 70℃ without using any catalyst is reported, The method offers several advantages including high yields of products and an easy work-up procedure.A straightforward and efficient method for the synthesis of thiopyran derivatives via three-component reaction of alkyl propiolate, benzoylisothiocyanate or its derivatives and α-haloketones in the presence of triphenylphosphine under solvent-free conditions at 70℃ without using any catalyst is reported, The method offers several advantages including high yields of products and an easy work-up procedure.
