摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在提高泌尿外科护理教学质量中的应用效果。方法根据泌尿外科的专业特点,成立品管圈小组,分析护理教学质量较低的原因,拟定4个"亮点周"(基础操作强化周、专科知识认识周、沟通交流深入周、综合能力提高周)的实施对策并实施。结果护生的综合能力和对教学工作满意度,以及带教教师对护生工作满意度均提高(P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动提高了护生的综合能力和学习积极性,规范了临床护理带教工作,使护理教学质量得到持续改进。Objective To explore the effects of quality control circle in improving the nursing teaching quality in uroiogy surgery department. Methods According to the characteristics of urology surgery. The method included establishing a quality control circle group, analyzing the reasons of low nurs ing teaching quality, developing 4 focus circle to implementation which were basic operation to strengthen week, special knowledge awarness week, communication in depth week,comprehensive ability week. Results The students＇comprehensive ability and satisfaction to teaching were increased,so did the teachers＇satis faction to students （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The quality control circle activity can improve the students comprehensive ability and learning enthusiasm and standardize the clinical nursing teaching so as to improve the teaching quality continuously.
