摘 要:目的探讨助产士分层管理模式对产房质量控制的影响。方法根据工作年限、技术水平以及综合评判能力对助产士进行能力评价及分层管理,比较分层管理模式前后产房质量控制情况、医生和产妇满意度、助产士考核合格率等。结果会阴侧切率下降(P<0.01);新上岗助产士考核合格率、职业成就感、产妇和医生满意度均提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论对助产士进行分层授权管理,有助于降低会阴侧切率,促进产房护理内涵体系的建设。Objective To explore the effects of hierarchical management of midwives in quality control of delivery room. Methods The hierarchical man agement and competence evaluation of midwives were implemented according to years of working, technical level and comprehensive judgment evaluation. The quality control status in delivery room, doctors and patients satisfaction, the examination pass rate of new midwives were compared before and after intervention. Results The episiotomy rate was decreased, the examination pass rate of new midwives, doctors and patients satisfaction were increased ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Hierarchical and authorized management of midwives is helpful to reduce episiotomy rate and promote the build of obstetrical nursing intension system.
