摘　　要：阐述利用信息手段管理医院科研项目效益,建立可靠的资金流转流程和精细化的项目考核手段,保证科研项目能够稳定、高效并且较低成本运行,避免资金浪费,提高科研水平和科研管理能力。This paper illustrates the use of information means to increase the efficiency of hospital scientific research project. Establish a reliable flow of funds flow and the refinement of the project appraisal methods, to ensure the project can stable, efficient and low cost operation, avoid the waste of funds, improve the level of scientific research and scientific research management.
