摘　　要：以山东省保健干部区域医疗服务为切入点,分析了保健干部区域医疗的相关业务流程。在平台的建设上,采用数据仓库、数据抓取适配器、数据调用接口等相关技术;实现上,采用NET的模块化及面向声明的编程思想;架构上,通过基础层建设数据资源中心,利用服务层的单点登录及各类引擎技术,搭建ESB服务总线。平台具有广泛的应用性,对保健区域医疗信息化工程的建设和开发具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。Taking the regional medical service to cadres health care in Shandong Province for example, the author analyzed its business processes. On the platform construction, data capture adapter design, data call interface design etc is considered. The ideas of modular of .NET and statement-oriented are employed to realize this platform. On the architecture the data resource center is builded through the base layer and the ESB service bus is set up using the single sign-on provided by service layer as well as kinds of engines. In a word this platform has a wide range of applications and some guidance for the development of the regional health information project.
