摘　　要：越来越多的医院开始使用DB2数据库,但结合DB2数据库和医院信息系统特点的优化方案很少报道。介绍了数据库系统性能优化的基本方法,以肿瘤医院HIS系统性能优化的实践为基础,结合医院的业务特点,探讨了影响医院信息系统性能的若干因素及针对性的优化措施。More and more hospitals began to use the DB2 database, but optimization solutions which combine characteristics of the DB2 database and hospital information system are rarely reported. This paper introduces the basic method of performance optimization, reports optimization experience in our hospital, discusses on several factors affecting the performance of hospital information system and the optimization measures.
