摘　　要：在医疗信息化进程中,门诊病历的电子化已经成为一种趋势。通过逐步推进门诊电子病历在医疗、随访和科研中的应用,将有利于医院进一步优化就诊流程、提高服务质量,并促进医疗科研的发展。With the development of medical information technology, outpatient e-medical record has become a trend. Through gradually expanding it in the area of medical service, patient follow-up and scientific research, it will help to optimize hospital process, improve medical service quality and accelerate the development of scientific research.
