二类精神药品临床合理应用的信息化管理模式研究与实践

摘　　要：目的:研究二类精神药品合理应用的信息化管理模式,预防药物不良事件的发生,促进医师处方安全合理。方法:从限定用药天数、单张处方总量、单次使用极量,并设置专用处方,特殊情况开通特殊通道等方面实现二类精神药品的信息化管制。结果:对于临床急需解决的二类精神药品管理问题,医院多部门联合提出技术干预措施,寻找到适宜的管理策略和模式。结论:该信息化管理模式从医院药学的实际工作需要出发,较好地实现了对全院二类精神药品使用的动态监控,具有高效性、科学性和实用性强的特点,值得推广应用。Objective： To develop the informatization management mode of rational use of the psychotropic drugs of category II in order to decrease adverse drug events and increase therapeutic efficacy Methods： To control the psychotropic drugs of category II abuse, we took the following measures with information technology, such as set the special prescription, define the maximum doses and days of single prescription, open special channel et al.. Results： several departments together put forward the effective intervention measures to prevent irrational prescriptions. Conclusion： The informatization management mode is adapted for the needs of hospital pharmaceutical practice with sufficient utilization of hospital information system＇s resource. It appears to be a rapid, scientific and practical system for monitoring and analyzing the clinical use of the psychotropic drugs of category II.
