摘　　要：过程化管理是医院内涵管理的必要手段,设计了基于过程管理的决策支持系统,系统根据持续改进理论并借鉴甘特图的设计理念,采用Java2开发,包含医疗效率、医疗质量、医疗费用、药品管理和患者满意度等5个方面,经过在西安市3家医院的试运行,表明该系统对于医院管理起到有效的辅助作用,避免了医疗管理中片面追求医疗指标带来的负面影响。The connotation management for hospitals needs process management. This paper designed a medical decision support system based on process management. The system was developed by java 2 based on continuous quality improvement and referencing Gantt chart, including medical efficacy, medical quality, medical costs, drug management, and the system was tested in 3 hospitals in Xi＇an. The results indicated that the systems play effective role for hospital management. The system avoided negative impact of unilateral seeking medical indicator.
