摘　　要：通过分析风险评估在护理评估中的作用,在原有护理系统的基础上开发了具有动态风险评估功能的护理评估信息系统。系统丰富了护理查体内容,同时新增6个护理评估量表,采用分阶段对病患情况进行实时动态的风险评估,在提高护理工作效率的同时,大大降低了护理纠纷发生率,避免对病患产生二次伤害,对提高护理工作决策能力、教学水平及医院质量管理具有重要意义。This paper analysis the effects of risk assessment on nursing assessment, develops a new nusring assessment system with risk elements based on original system. The system enriches the content of nursing physical examination, increases six assessment scales, and assesses the situation of patient with real time and dynamic assessment methods in different periods. This improves nursing work efficiency, depress incidence rate of nursing disputation, avoid s its secondary hurts on patients.It is important not only to improve clinical decision-making ability of nursing,but also to enhance the teaching level and hospital quality management.
