摘　　要：分时挂号能有效提高医院的服务质量,结合预约挂号减少患者的排队等待时间。设计和实现了沈阳军区总医院的分时挂号系统,与多个预约挂号平台相结合,实现预约挂号与现场挂号不冲突;预约挂号、当天挂号可以选时段;窗口、自助就医挂号不冲突;在对军卫数据结构进行最小修改的情况下实现了分时挂号以及医生签到功能。Time sharing registration can improve medical quality efficiently; it can reduce the waiting time of patients in queue together with appoimment. In this paper, we design and implement a time sharing registration system working on Chief Hospital of Shenyang Military District. Appointment is integrated into the system, appointment registrations does not conflict with registrations from hospital; Appointments and registrations in hospital can choose time interval; Registrations from hospital windows and registrations from self-help services do not conflict; We make few revise to the data structure to support time sharing registration and signing in function.
