摘  要:本文就京藏敦煌摩尼教写经之音译词语,在西方语言学研究的相关成果上,着重从历史学和文献学角度加以申论,认为唐代来华摩尼僧,为实现教主在全世界传播福音之宏愿,不遗余力,因应华情,把本教的义理,甚至每个术语,都尽可能用华人所能接受的汉文宣介,即便是音译词语,选用的汉字亦力依华俗,慎选音义,至于纯属音译者,盖万不得已。了解唐代摩尼僧的译经传统,或有助于对福建霞浦新发现的某些科仪抄本,进行相关的历史文献学考察。On the basis of related linguistic researches by western scholars,the paper re-examines the transliterated terms in Manichaean Traite from the angles of history and philology.It is concluded that in order to realize Mani's wish to preach the gospel to the whole world,Manichaean priests in China tried their best to translate the religious teaching and terms into Chinese with the way Chinese people could understand as much as possible.As to the transliterated terms,except for some ones unable to be translated,Manichaean priests gave very careful consideration to the pronunciation and meaning according to the Chinese tradition,and select the most appropriate Chinese words to do the transliteration.Understanding the translation rules of Manichaean priests in the Tang Dynasty can be helpful to the historical and philological studies on newly-found ritual manuscripts from Xiapu of Fujian.
