摘 要:在实验室以改性 β沸石为活性组分制备出丙烯水合醚化催化剂 ,考察了改性剂、焙烧温度及工艺条件对丙烯水合醚化反应的影响。结果表明 ,与氢型 β沸石催化剂相比 ,改性催化剂能显著提高丙烯水合醚化反应活性。在反应温度 16 0~ 170℃、反应压力 7.0~ 8.0MPa、丙烯进料空速 0 .3~ 0 .5h-1、丙烯与水摩尔比为 1的工艺条件下 ,丙烯单程转化率达 5 8%以上 ,二异丙醚选择性为 5 2Propylene hydration and etherification catalysts were laboratory prepared using modified beta zeolites as active components. Influences of different modifiers, calcination temperatures and operating conditions on the propylene hydration and etherification were investigated. In comparison with the H-beta zeolite catalyst, it was indicated that the activity of the chosen modified beta zeolite catalyst was obviously increased. At suitable operating conditions, the conversion of propylene was more than 58% and the selectivity of DIPE was around 52%.
