摘　　要：文章对锅炉空气预热器的腐蚀原因、存在问题和预防措施进行了分析和论述 ,指出燃料硫含量高、烟气流速偏低 (8%～ 9% )和存在水蒸气造成硫酸露点腐蚀是空气预热器腐蚀的主要原因。同时提出 ,更新设计和采用ESW激波吹灰器是预防腐蚀的有效措施。The causes of corrosion, existing problems of the boiler air preheater and prevention measure were analyzed and discussed. It was concluded that the high sulfur content in fuel, low flue gas flow (8%～9%) and sulfur dew point corrosion were the major causes of the corrosion. Improved design and application of ESW dust blower could prevent the corrosion.
