摘　　要：2013年7月,中共山东省委常委、青岛市委书记李群作出了"加强青岛市仲裁工作,推动仲裁国际化,打造国际知名仲裁机构"的重要批示,预示着青岛仲裁即将"风生水起"。随着青岛仲裁委员会换届工作会议的召开,新一届仲裁委员会将围绕"山东半岛蓝色经济区"的建设,把青岛仲裁委员会打造成具有国际公信力的国内一流、辐射东北亚地区的国际知名仲裁机构。本刊记者专访青岛仲裁委员会主任姜巧珍,听她解读即将全面实施的"一二三四五"战略。In July 2013, Li Qun, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and secretary of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee, gave an instruction on 'reinforcing Qingdao's arbitration work, promoting the internationalization of arbitration, and building up an international famous arbitration institution,' which predicted the rise of arbitration work in Qingdao. Consequent to the new term election meeting of Qingdao Arbitration Committee, the new term of the Arbitration Committee will center around the construction of Shandong Peninsular Blue Economic Zone to turn Qingdao Arbitration Committee into an international famous arbitration institution with domestic top credibility and influence across Southeast Asia. Regarding the development of Qingdao Arbitration Committee, our reporter interviewed Jiang Qiaozhen, director of Qingdao Arbitration Committee.
