摘 要:目的:研究低频超声作用下,体外实验中草酸钙晶体的大小及形态变化。方法:配置氯化钙和草酸钠溶液作为反应初始溶液,在(37±0.5)℃恒温水浴箱,将两者按3个不同浓度分别混合后得到草酸钙晶体。实验分超声组和对照组,超声组置入低频超声波清洗机(超声发生频率:40kHz)内槽,固定超声功率(330 W,对应超声声强为0.5W/cm2)及作用时间(15min)加以作用;对照组不加处理,相同时间下自然结晶。晶体形成后通过光镜和电镜观察草酸钙晶体的形态及直径。结果:3个浓度下,超声组处理后得到的草酸钙晶体直径均明显较对照组小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且超声作用效果随着反应物浓度的增加而逐渐增强。草酸钙晶体形态在超声作用后改变不明显。结论:低频超声对体外实验草酸钙晶体的直径有明显的抑制作用。Objective: To study the influence of low-frequency ultrasound on size and morphology of calcium oxalate crystals in vitro. Method.. CaC12 and Na2C204 solutions at three molar concentrations were mixed at (37 0.5) °C water in order to obtain calcium oxalate crystals. There were two groups. In the ultrasound group, two reaction solutions were irradiated by a low-frequency ultrasonic cleaning machine (Rated frequency: 40 kHz; pow- er: 330W, corresponding to 0.5W/cm2 in ultrasonic intensity) for 15 minutes. In the control group, CaC12 and Na2 C2 04 solutions were mixed and reacted without treatment at the same time. The calcium oxalate crystals were collected and then observed with inverted light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the crys- tal morphology and diameter were observed and measured. Result: The diameter of calcium oxalate crystals in the ultrasound group were significantly smaller than the control group (P^O. 05), and the ultrasonic effect became strengthened along with the increasing concentration of reactants. However, there were no obvious morphological changes. Conclusion: In vitro experimental conditions, low-frequency ultrasound can significantly inhibit the diam- eter of calcium oxalate crystals.
