疏肝解郁胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察舒肝解郁胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法选择100例功能性消化不良患者,随机分为观察组48例与对照组52例,两组患者同时使用莫沙必利进行治疗,观察组加用舒肝解郁胶囊,两组患者疗程均为6周,比较两组患者的疗效、不良反应和复发情况。结果观察组患者总有效率明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=82.317,P<0.05);不良反应发生率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且症状轻微未中断治疗;观察组的复发率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊联合莫沙必利可以提高功能性消化不良的治疗效果,且不良反应少,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuganjieyu capsule combined with mosapride citrate tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 100 patients with functional dyspepsia were divided randomly into the observation group（n=48） and control group （n=52）.All patients in each group were given mosapride citrate tablets,the patients in the observation group were given Shuganjieyu capsule in addition to mosapride citrate tablets,the course of treatment was for 6 weeks.The therapeutic efficacy, adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The general therapeutic efficacy in the observation group was superior to the control group（xZ=82.317, P 〈 0.05）.The rate of adverse reactions in two groups showed no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）,and symptoms was slight without interrupted treatment.The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than the control group（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Combination therapy of mosapride citrate tablets and Shuganjieyu capsule for functional dyspepsia can improve significantly therapeutic efficacy,reduces adverse reaction and recurrence rate,it is worthy to spread in clinic.
