扩张型心肌病患者B细胞EphB2受体表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨扩张性心肌病(DCM)患者外周血B细胞生促红素人肝细胞B2(EphB2)受体表达及其与心肌纤维化的关系。方法:选择2013年03-12月在我院住院的16例DCM患者为研究对象,同时以10例健康人为对照。分别应用流式细胞学和ELISA检测外周血B细胞EphB2受体表达和血清Ⅲ型胶原蛋白(PCⅢ)水平,并分析二者相关性。结果:DCM患者外周血B细胞EphB2表达和血清PCⅢ水平均明显高于对照组[(60.75±5.94)%∶(45.80±0.44)%,(15.11±5.24)μg/L∶(6.15±0.52)μg/L;均P<0.05],并且二者呈正相关(r=0.76,P<0.01)。结论:B细胞表面EphB2受体可能参与DCM心肌纤维化。Objective：To explore the expressions of EphB2on B cells and their effects on myocardial fibrosis in dilated cardiomyopathy（DCM）patients.Method：Sixteen DCM patients in hospital were chosen for this study from March to December 2013,and 10healthy people were taken as the controls.The expressions of EphB2on B cells were detected by flow cytometry and the levels of serum procollagen typeⅢ（PCⅢ）were investigated by ELISA. The bivariate correlation analysis was used as a test of correlation between these two variables.Result：The levels of EphB2on B cells and serum PCⅢin DCM patients were higher than those of healthy controls[（60.75±5.94）% ∶（45.80±0.44）%,（15.11±5.24）μg/L∶（6.15±0.52）μg/L;both P0.05].And the levels of EphB2on B cells were positively correlated with serum PCⅢ（r=0.76,P0.01）.Conclusion：EphB2on B cells might be associated with myocardial fibrosis in DCM.
