摘　　要：目的建立我国自主研发的专门全面收录颅脑创伤资料的专业数据库交流平台，探索疾病流行病学特点，为疾病防治提供依据。方法建立统一的颅脑创伤患者信息标准化录入项目，由计算机专业人员初步建立数据库，最后录入病例信息，完善数据库。结果该数据库平台已于2011年10月完成初步搭建，截至2012年6月已收录颅脑创伤病例1175例。数据库可以满足一些基本的科研需要，如导入导出数据并且进行初步分析，对病例资料的回顾性研究等。结论颅脑创伤数据库的成功建立将有效地推进神经创伤的研究发展，对于北京地区的颅脑创伤流行病学研究乃至全国的颅脑外伤救治水平的提高有着重要意义。Objective To establish a database of China which developed independently for the collection of the traumatic brain injury, for investigation of its epidemiological characteristics and the prevention of traumatic brain injury. Methods Standardized items of traumatic brain injury patients that needed to type-in were formulated uniformly, then completed the preliminary establishment of the database by professionals majoring in computer, finally improved the database through entering medical records information of the patients. Results The preliminary establishment of the database was finished in October 2011, in which the information of 1 175 cases of traumatic brain injury patients was collected by June 2012. The database could meet essential research needs, such as input and output data for basic analysis and conducting retrospective research on the medical records. Conclusions The successful establishment of the traumatic brain injury database will advance the development of treatment for traumatic brain injury effectively, which is of great importance to the epidemiological research in Beijing as well as the whole nation.
