摘  要:研究了Ti-Nb-Zr系(Ti-8Nb-13Zr、Ti-13Nb-13Zr、Ti-18Nb-13Zr和Ti-41.1Nb-7.1Zr)合金弹性行为。这些合金首先在氩气氛围内使用电弧熔炼制造出来,然后在MST型的伺服液压机上进行了单轴抗拉测试。在弹性阶段,得出了非线性的应力-应变关系,为分析得到弹性阶段对应的曲线部分,还使用修正Ramberg-Osgood方程来进行讨论。讨论了合金的如下参数:初始弹性模量、切线模量、割线模量、弹性极限应力以及Ramberg-Osgood参数n。结果表明,这些合金具有各不相同的力学特性。此外,文中还用参数n的量化来表示应力-应变关系的非线性程度。The elastic behavior of Ti-Nb-Zr alloy for biomedical suppliment was investigated. The alloys were melted under argon atmosphere. Single axis tensile test was conducted in MST serve-hydraulic machine. In custom elastic area, the appearance of non-linear stress-strain relationship can lead to the use of Ramberg-Osgood model, which was used in curve analysis. The present research concerns the following character: initial elastic modulus, secant modulus, proof stress and Ramberg-Osgood parameters. The results reveal that these alloys are not the same with mechanical properties. In addition,by verifying parameters (n), the non-linear level of stress-strain relationship was studied.
