摘 要:采用压缩试验,在排除了金属通电时热效应的影响之后,对Al-Cu合金的电塑性效应进行研究。结果表明:电塑性效应主要发生在金属塑性变形阶段,电塑性效应随塑性变形量的增加而提高,即位错密度的增加能提高电塑性效应的效果;在相应变形程度下,只有第一次电脉冲能产生明显电塑性效应,即Al-Cu合金的电塑性效应存在阀值现象。Abstract :The compression test is adopted to investigate the electroplastic effect of Al-Cu alloy, while exclude the influence of Joule heating as electrical current pulses applied in compression specimen. It is found that the electroplastic effect occurs during plastic deformation stage. The electroplastic effect can be enhanced with the increase of plastic deformation, which mean that the electroplastic effect can be improved by dislocation multiplication. The electroplastic effect is related to current density threshold for Al-Cu alloy, which is because the the energy barrier of dislocation motion exists during plastic deformation. Therefore, only the first electrical current pulse can enhance the movement of dislocation under some plastic deformation degree.
