摘  要:采用合金相分析法测定了Cu-Ni-Ti三元系在600℃的部分相平衡关系。借助电子探针微区分析方法,对热处理后的Cu-Ni-Ti三元合金的组成相成分进行测定。结果表明,Cu-Ni-Ti三元合金在600℃下生成两个三元化合物,实验检测到3个三相平衡和5个两相平衡;结合三个边际二元系和本文的实验信息,构筑了Cu-Ni-Ti三元系600℃的等温截面。Abstract:The phase relations of Cu-Ni-Ti ternary system at 600℃ were measured by analyzing equilibrated alloys. The compositions of constituent phases in Cu-Ni-Ti alloys after heat treatment were measured by EPMA (Electronic Probe Micro-Analysis). The results show that, two ternary compounds form at 600℃, including 1 and 2. Then three-phase equilibrium and five two-phase equilibrium were measured. By combining three boundary binary systems, the isothermal section of Cu-Ni-Ti ternary system at 600℃ was constructed.
