摘  要:研究了特种冷作模具钢DC53在低淬低回热处理工艺下的硬度、冲击韧度和耐磨性,并与进口Cr12MoV精整辊轮试样作了对比分析。结果表明,DC53通过低淬低回可获得很好的综合力学性能,在保持较高硬度的条件下,可以获得远比标准热处理规范高的冲击韧度,耐磨性仍旧较好,适合于制造要求载荷大、韧性高、耐磨损的模具工作零件。Hardness, impact toughness, and wear resistance of special cold die steel DC53 under the heat treatment of low quenching and low tempering were analyzed, which was compared with the imported finishing roller specimen Cr12MoV. The results show that DC53 can acquire excellent and comprehensive mechanical properties through low quenching and low tempering, and acquire better impact toughness than the steel treated by standard heat treatment specification in the condition of keeping higher hardness. However, DC53 can still keep superior wear resistance that is suitable to be used in the manufacture of working parts of die which need stand high load, high toughness and high wear resistance.
