摘 要:研究了淬火和回火工艺对20CrNi2Mo合金钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:淬火温度低于890℃,随淬火的温度升高,硬度变化不明显。淬火温度一定,随回火温度升高,冲击值先降低后升高。经890℃淬火+230℃回火,组织主要为板条马氏体,材料获得最佳的硬度和冲击韧度。经SEM分析,冲击断口断裂方式主要为韧性断裂。Abstract:Influences of quenching and tempering process on microstructure and mechanical properties of 20CrNi2Mo alloy steel were studied. The results show that: when quenching temperature is lower than 890 ℃, hardness changes are not obvious with quenching temperature increasing. At constant quenching temperatttre, with the increase of tempering temperature, the impact toughness decreases firstly and increases subsequently. After quenching at 890 ℃ and tempering at 230 ℃, the microstructure of 20CrNi2Mo alloy steel proceeds lath martensite. The best hardness and impact toughness of the material can be obtained. SEM analysis results show that the fracture way is ductile fracture.
