摘 要:电解低钛铝合金在固相线以上温度保温时液相中会析出富Ti的TiAl3相,TiAl3相在重力铸造时发生沉降,在离心铸造时会富集于铸锭两端,能够浓缩合金中的Ti元素。研究了不同时间对重力沉降和不同转速对离心铸造所得合金钛含量和组织的影响。结果表明,实验条件下TiAl3相形态为10~50μm的板条状;在重力沉降条件下,浓缩合金钛含量达到4wt%;在离心铸造条件下,相对离心力达到82g(g为重力加速度)时,浓缩合金钛含量达到7.3wt%。Ti-rich TiA13 phase in the liquid phase was precipitated at insulation over solidus temperature in electrolytic low-titanium aluminum alloy. TiAl3 phase settled down in gravity casting and enriched at the ends in centrifugal casting, to concentrate Ti element in the alloy. The influences of the Ti content and microstructure of different times on gravitational settling and different speeds on centrifugal casting were studied. The results show that under the experimental conditions TiAl3 phase is 10-50μm with lath-shaped; the concentrated Ti content reaches 4wt% under the conditions of gravitational settling; under the conditions of centrifugal casting, relative centrifugal force reaches 82 g ( g is the acceleration of gravity), Ti content of the concentrated alloy attains 7.3wt%.
