摘　　要：铸件生产过程中容易形成各种缺陷,超声波检测因其简便、直观、定量、定位准确的特性得到广泛应用。介绍了超声波检测的特点、作用以及在铸件生产中的应用,并对超声检测中不同性质的缺陷波进行了分析和说明。The casting production forms all kinds of defects easily. Ultrasonic testing is widely used because of its simple, intuitive, accurate positioning and quantitative characteristics. The characteristics and function of the ultrasonic testing as well as its application in casting production were introduced, And the defect waves of the different nature in ultrasonic testing were analyzed and illustrated.
