基于计算机技术轧制薄壁增压容器的正交行为分析

摘  要:应用计算机技术、Hill正交各向异性准则和塑变行为理论,建立了由轧制生产的薄壁增压容器正交各向异性模型。考虑到随几何形状变化的材料方向行为,分析了在内压作用下增压容器的正交塑性应变行为。仿真结果表明:正交各向异性轧制发生塑性变形时压力相对于各向同性钢材大约低10%;在筒状气缸区域发生拉伸塑性变形,在球壳区域发生压缩塑性变形,这主要和材料的基本结构及材料正交方向特性有关。By appling the computer technology, Hill orthotropic anisotropic criterion and plastic deformation behavior theory, the orthotropic anisotropic model of the thin-walled pressurized container produced by rolling was established. Considering the direction change of materials behavior with the geometry, the orthogonal plastic strain behavior of pressurized container under the internal pressure was analyzed. The simulation results show that the plastic deformation of the orthotropic anisotropic the pressure of rolling steel is about lower by 10% than the that of the rolling isotropic steel; the tensile plastic deformation occurs in a cylindrical cylinder region, and the compression plastic deformation occurs in the sphere area. This is mainly related to the material of the basic structure and the orthogonal direction characteristic of the material.
