摘 要:旋转电弧GMAW(熔化极气体保护焊)是近年来出现的新型焊接技术,其在工业生产中的应用正越来越受到重视。基于计算流体力学前处理软件GAMBIT对旋转电弧GMAW模型进行物理建模、网格划分和设定边界条件;然后利用FLUTEN软件中的VOF模型和滑移网格技术对熔滴过渡过程进行数值模拟,得出熔滴在不同时刻的形态与内部速度矢量图,并对计算结果进行分析。该模拟方法可减少实际焊接试验次数,具有一定的理论参考意义和工程实用价值。The rotating arc welding used in GMAW is a new welding technology in recent years, the application of this technology is getting more and more attention in industrial production. Based on the GAMBIT software which is a preprocessor used in computational fluid dynamics, a physical model is set up, besides, it divides grid and specifies boundary types on the rotating GMAW welding. Using the VOF model and moving mesh technology in FLUENT, this article performs numerical simulations on droplet transition process. The calculation result is analyzed with the different droplet shape at different moments and the inside velocity vector are obtained. This simulating method can reduce the number of actual welding trials and has a certain theoretical meaning and applied engineering value.
