摘 要:为研究Q235钢闪光焊闪光阶段焊件温度场分布,建立了焊接过程中的热电耦合模型,计算过程中考虑了温度对材料相变和热物理特性的影响,得出焊接过程中温度随时间的变化规律,以及沿焊件轴向、径向上温度场的温度分布特点;并采用红外图像实时测温实验验证,结果表明:测量结果和计算结果大致相同。A thermoelectric coupling finite element model was built to simulate temperature field distribution in Q235 steel flashing process. During the calculation, the temperature of the material phase changes and the thermophysical properties are taken into account to draw the conclusion of the temperature field over time during the welding process, as well as the temperature field distribution characteristics of the weldment axially and radially. The temperature field was verified by a real-time infrared thermoscope experience. The results show that the simulated result and the measured values are identical.
