摘  要:介绍一种异形薄壁空心件的制造方法。采取在内外刚性固定、支撑下进行成型焊接,控制工件变形。设计了组合式工装使工件焊接完成后能顺利从工件内腔取出;使用了置换式热处理工装,让工件在热处理时减少变形。通过多种变形控制措施,使薄壁空心件焊接达到国标A公差范围内。A method for manufacturing shaped hollow parts were introduced. The welding forming was carried out under rigid fixation and the support, then the deformation of the workpiece was controled. The combined fixture workpiece was designed, with the help of it, the workpiece after welding can be removed from the workpiece cavity. Using the replacement type heat treatment equipment, the deformation of workpiece reduces during heat treatment. By lots of deformation control measures, the thin wall hollow welding can reach GB A lerance range.
