摘　　要：研究证实多发性骨髓瘤(MM)存在多种免疫功能缺陷,并对其抗肿瘤免疫应答及免疫治疗产生显著影响,目前仍难以治愈。CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞具有免疫负调控功能,其以一种主动的方式调控机体的免疫应答,对自身抗原和非己抗原均有较强的免疫抑制作用,在肿瘤免疫抑制及免疫逃逸中发挥重要作用,其对MM病程进展、免疫治疗及预后存在显著影响。The study confirmed that a variety of immune dysfunction exists in multiple myeloma（MM） , producing a significant effect for its anti-tumor immune response and immunothcrapy, which is still difficult to cure. CD＋- CD25＋ regulatory T cells（Tregs） negatively control immune response,which regulate the immune response in a proactive way. Tregs have a strong immune inhibition to self antigens and non-self antigens, and play an important role in the immunosuppression and immune escape, which significantly impact the progres- sion of MM, and affect the efficacy of immunotherapy and prognosis.
