摘  要:目的 优化槲皮苷的超声提取工艺.方法 采用响应面分析法,以槲皮苷提取率为评价指标,考察乙醇浓度、温度、粒径、功率等因素对提取工艺的影响.结果 最优工艺条件为:乙醇浓度46%、温度41.6℃、粒径100~120目、超声功率540W,槲皮苷提取率预测值为2.69%,验证值为2.65%,相对误差为1.51%.结论 所建立的模型可以用来描述超声提取合欢花中槲皮苷的过程,具有一定实用价值.OBJECTIVE To establish the optional condition for ultrasound-assisted extraction of Quer- eitrin. METHODS Through response surface methodology, effect of the ethanol concentration, extraction tempera- ture,particle size and ultral;ound power on the yield of Quercitrin were studied. RESULTS The optimum extraction condition was obtained as follows: ethanol concentration was 46% , extraction temperature was 41.6℃ , particle size was 100 - 120 mesh,ultrasound power was 540W. Under these conditions the extraction )ield was 2.69% while the average experimental value was 2. 65% ,with the relative error 1.51%. CONCLUSION The model can be used to describe the extraction process with practical value.
