卡培他滨片溶出度的方法学研究

摘　　要：目的 建立卡培他滨片的溶出度测定法.方法 采用紫外分光光度法测定卡培他滨片的溶出量.结果 在检测波长304nm,样品浓度在1.693μg·mL-1～33.86μg·mL^-1范围内线性良好,r=0.9999（n=6）;平均加样回收率为102.2%（RSD=0.72%）.结论 该方法操作简单,迅速,结果准确,可用于卡培他滨片的溶出度测定.OBJECTIVE To set a method for determination of solubility of Capecitabine Tablets. METHODS Solubility of Capecitabine Tablets was determined by UV. RESULTS The wavelength used in determination was 304nm. The calibration was line in concentration range of 1. 693μg·mL^-1- 33.86 μg·mL^-1 , r = 0. 9999 （ n = 6 ） ; The average recovery was 102.2% （ RSD = 0. 72% ）. CONCLUSION The methods in the article was simple and rapid, excellent precision, which can be used as the index of dissolutions.
