摘  要:目的 建立离子色谱法测定转化糖注射液的含量.方法 分析柱:Dionex CarboPac PA10阴离子分离柱(4mm×250mm);淋洗液:25mmol·L-1 NaOH;流速:1mL·min-1;柱箱温度:30℃;进样量:10μL;检测方式:电化学检测器.结果 果糖、葡萄糖分别在10.196μg·mL-1~101.96μg·mL-1、10.382μg·mL-1~103.82μg·mL-1 浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.50%、99.83%.结论 该方法简便,准确.OBJECTIVE To establish an IC method for the determination of content for invert sugar injec- tion. METHODS The analytical column was Dionex CarboPac PA10 column (4mm × 250mm) and the leacheate was 25mmol ·L-1 sodium hydrate at a flow rate of lmL ·min-1. The temperature of column was 30~C. RESULTS There were good linear relationships for fructose and glucose in the range of (5. 125 ~ 15. 375) μg ·mL-1 ,5. 155 15. 465 ) μg · mL-1 respectively. The average recoveries were 99.50% and 99.83% respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate.
