摘　　要：目的用离子色谱法测定利巴韦林注射液中亚硝酸根的含量。方法采用IonPac?AS11-HC,Analytical 4×250mm色谱柱;淋洗液:氢氧化钾溶液(20mmoL·L-1);电导检测法。结果亚硝酸根进样量在0.001μg^0.05μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.0%。结论本方法简便、准确、快速,适用于利巴韦林注射液中亚硝酸根的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To determine the content of nitrite in ribavirin injection by chromatography of i- ons. METHODS The chromatographic column was IonPac AS11-HC, Analytical 4 × 250mm and the mobile phase was potassium hydroxide solution（20mmoL · L-1 ） ;the detection was conductivity detection;RESULTS It took a good linear relationship when the sampl weight of nitrite within the range of 0. 001 μg -0. 05ug;the average recovery was 99.0%. CONCLUSION The methed is accurate,fast,which can be used for the content determination of ni- trite in ribavirin injection.
