“补泻同施,调节平衡”疗法治疗2型糖尿病的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探索"补泻同施,调节平衡"疗法治疗2型糖尿病的作用机制,为该疗法治疗2型糖尿病提供实验依据。方法将60只雄性大鼠,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、西药治疗组、中药治疗(低、中、高剂量)组,连续喂药8周后进行对比观察。结果西药治疗组、中药治疗高剂量组治疗前后具有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗后西药治疗组与中药治疗高剂量组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍与黄地吉仙汤均具有明显的降血糖作用。Objective To explore the ＂reinforcing the same facilities, adjust the balance＂ therapy to treat type 2 diabetes, the mechanism of action for the treatment of type 2 diabetes therapies provide an experimental basis. Methods 60 male rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, western medicine, Chinese medicine treatment of low, medium and high dose groups, continuously given medicines 8 weeks were compared. Results Western medicine treatment group, Chinese medicine treatment of high-dose group before and after treatment with significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of high-dose group showed no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Metformin and Huangdi Jixian decoction had obvious hypoglyeemic effects.
