舒心饮治疗冠心病心绞痛气阴两虚型患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察舒心饮联合西药对经冠脉造影明确的冠心病心绞痛气阴两虚型患者临床疗效及中医证候、血脂水平、炎症因子的影响。方法经冠脉造影明确证实为气阴两虚型的冠心病心绞痛50例患者随机分为对照组(常规西药)25例和治疗组(舒心饮+常规西药)25例。观察十周后患者心绞痛发作情况、中医证候、血脂、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等水平的变化。结果治疗组对于心绞痛及中医证候改善的程度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在降低低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒心饮联合西药治疗能够减轻和改善冠心病心绞痛气阴两虚型患者的心绞痛发作情况及中医证候,效果优于单用西药,其机制可能与降低血脂、降低炎症因子水平有关。Objective A randomized contrast trial was implemented to evaluate clinical effect of Shuxin Yin with western medicine and its influence on blood lipids and inflammatory factors of patients of qi and yin deficiency with coronary heart disease diagnosed through coronary angiography. Methods In this trial, we enrolled patients of qi and yin deficiency with complaints of angina pectoris and diagnosed with coronary heart disease through coronary angiography in Longhua Hospital. 50 patients were randomly divided into control group （ n = 25） and treatment group （n = 25）. Patients of treatment group received Shuxin Yin and regular western medication while patients of control group regular western medication for ten weeks. The trial focused on contrast of degree of angina, syndrome integral, blood lipids, Interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-α before and after the treatment. Results Treatment group had better effects in relief angina and syndrome integral than control group. Significant difference of low-density lipoprotein, total cholesterol and Interleukin-6 decrease was observed between treatment and control group. Conclusion Treatment of Shuxin yin and western medicine had better effects in relief angina pectoris and related symptoms than western medicine. The mechanism of Shuxin yin in treating coronary heart disease might involve with lowering of blood lipid and inflammatory factors.
