依托地方高校资源推动地方特色文化产业发展——以磁州窑为例

摘　　要：对邯郸地方特色传统文化项目、国家级非物质文化遗产——磁州窑传统烧制技艺进行的实地调研发现,该项传统技艺正日渐萎缩,濒临灭绝。为了有效地保护、传承和发展该传统技艺,使之成为地方特色文化产业,应充分依托地方高校资源,通过地方政府与磁州窑传统陶瓷企业进行全方位的合作,建立灵活多样的合作模式,在设计创新、技术升级、新材料研发、人才培养及品牌建设等方面提供支持和帮助,为发展地方文化产业、繁荣地方经济做出努力。The field research on the traditional firing craft of Cizhou Kiln, a traditional cultural project with Handan＇s local characteristics and a national intangible cultural heritage, shows that this traditional craft is shrinking and is on the edge of extinction. In order to effectively protect, inherit and develop this traditional craft, and make it become a cultural industry with local characteristics, should fully rely on the resources of local colleges and universities, and through all- round cooperation between local governments and traditional ceramic enterprises of Cizhou Kiln, establish flexible cooperation mode, provide support and help in aspects of the design innovation, technological upgrading, new materials development, personnel training, and brand building, etc., and make efforts for the development of local cultural industries and the prosperity of local economy.
