城乡居民社会养老保险缴费水平及其影响因素——基于陕西省三市的调查

摘　　要：针对城乡居民社会养老保险制度试点中存在参保居民缴费水平低的问题,基于陕西省宝鸡市、西安市和铜川市的调查数据,采用多元回归法和和方差分析法,分析了城乡居民社会养老保险缴费水平的影响因素;研究结果表明:在城乡居民个人因素中的户籍、性别、年龄、婚姻状况、收入对缴费水平具有显著性的影响;在认知因素中,养老金待遇水平、政策宣传情况、政策满意度对缴费水平具有显著性的影响;提出了提高城乡居民收入水平、建立建立养老金待遇调整机制等建议。Aiming at the problem of the low level of payments of the expense of participating rural and urban, residents in the pilot project of the social insurance system and based on the survey data collected from the cities of Baoji, Xi＇an and Tongchuan of Shaanxi Province, we have employed the multi - variable regression method and variance analysis to address the factors that influence the problem in question. The research results show that, in the individual factors of ur- ban and rural residents, the census register, sex, age, marital status and household income have significant influence on the payment level of the insurance expenses. Among those cognitive factors, the endowment benefits, government pub- licity and degree of satisfaction toward the policies have significant influence on level of the payment of insurance ex- pense. Suggestions are made concerning raising the income of urban and rural residents, and the establishment of the adjustment mechanism of endowment benefits, etc.
